Andrew Simpson
Occupational Hygienist
Andrew is an occupational hygienist within the Health Capability
Group at HSE's Buxton Science and Research Centre.
Andrew performs research and reactive work to support HSE
inspection and policy, and has previously gained expertise in
analytical chemistry, forensic analysis of incident samples, method
development, and auditing to ISO/IEC 17025.
Andrew's current fields of research include:

- Wood dust in construction
- Respirable crystalline silica
