Booking a course at short notice
If your query is regarding one of our training courses or events
within the next 48 hours please call us directly on the following
number: 0203 028 3704 to speak to a member of the
Training and Events team.
How do I make a booking online?
To begin, you will need to 'Register' with us.
Once you have registered take a look at our courses. When
viewing the course you wish to book, click the 'Book
Course' button and fill in the delegate's information
before proceeding to payment. Once this has been processed by a
member of the team, you will receive a confirmation letter.
The date I wish to attend is not possible to book?
Unfortunately our online booking system will always default to
the next available date. If you wish to attend one of our future
courses please proceed to book the available date and state in the
'Any Questions/Comments' box on the booking form
which date you would like to attend and we shall process the
booking for that date.
How can I pay?
HSE Training accepts credit card payments
through our online WorldPay system.
Can a training course be delivered in-company?

Why haven't I received the joining instructions?
You will receive the joining instructions around two weeks
before the course date. We recommend you do not book any
non-refundable travel or accommodation until you have received
these. If you have not received the joining instructions 5 days
before the course date, please give us a call on 0203 028 3704 and
we will happily resend them to you.
Can I change the delegate name for the training/event I have
booked?
HSE Training will change a delegate name free of charge. Please
email us with the following details: Name, Job
Title, Email and Contact Number of the new delegate and who they
are replacing.
If you are booked onto one of our training courses in
association with NEBOSH you may be subject to a
registration charge or, in some cases, a name change might not be
possible at all due to the registration deadline.
Can I cancel my course/event booking?
If you wish to cancel a booking with us you will be subject to a
cancellation fee. If you notify us of your
cancellation more than 15 days before the date of the course we
will make a charge of 20% of the course fee. This will be invoiced
to you or deducted from any refund of fees already paid. If
you cancel a course booking within 15 days before the course date,
or if the delegate fails to arrive, the full fee will still be
invoiced and no refund of fees already paid will be made. This
forms part of the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the
booking was made.
Can I transfer my booking to a new date?
If you wish to transfer to a new date, the cost of this is 20%
of the course fee. You are only able to transfer if your training
course or event is outside 15 days of the course date.
Unfortunately, if you are within 15 days of the course date you
will be liable for the full cost of the course. This forms part of
the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the booking was
made.
