Carl Whitman, Tool specialist at The Stationery Office (TSO)	The HSE Safety Climate Tool This tool delivers an objective measure of your 'safety climate' - how your employees experience your safety culture. Using a simple, online questionnaire, it explores your employees' attitudes and perceptions in key areas, anonymously. This is a significant starting point for any organisation looking to continually improve and raise standards. Carl will share some of the questions from the tool and benchmarking data from organisations across the UK, showing where safety culture challenges and successes are common in specific industries.
James Bird, Head of Strategic Risk and Behavioural Safety at Kier Transportation	Building Safety Culture in to a successful Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy Kier Transportation started their safety culture journey in 2018, asking the question "What can we do proactively to make our workplace better for employees".
