CRD: Conference and Workshop - Applying Pesticides Using Drones

HSE is hosting a conference and workshop to consider the application of pesticides by drone.  The event will provide an opportunity to hear from international regulatory, industry and research experts on a range of issues associated with this new technology.  There will also be an opportunity to network with international and UK delegates attending the event.  The first day will consider the technological and regulatory context in which drone spraying is/will take place; and the second day will include a series of workshops looking at best management practices associated with drone spraying operations.  The event will help inform OECED- led work to help develop approaches to regulating drone spraying.
